A qualified Reed Courses trainer and coach, Illona’s experience in sales, business development and people management is vast.

Illona works with dental practices coaching them to become high-performance teams with exceptional customer service and ethical selling skills. She also provides continuing professional development (CPD) courses and webinars on reception skills, customer service and stress management on behalf of NHS Education Scotland.

Illona also runs several successful Treatment Coordinator and Practice Management courses throughout the year.

Having owned many different businesses, where she invested and risked her own money, she has a deep understanding of the stresses involved in running a business, employing people and managing yourself in difficult situations.
