From crowns in an hour to two appointment dentures OurCrown gives more power and control to dentists to deliver the best treatment to their patients.

You scan – The dental professional preps and scans the patient in practice.

We design – We then design the product remotely using some of the best designers in the world, designing a dental crown in 30 minutes and dentures in 48 hours.

You print – We send the design straight to you for printing, with our packages we supply the printer, wash or cure unit and all the designs you need!

The finish – From the printer, the product moves to a wash unit and then on to the cure unit to finish the printing process. After the print process is completed, you simply polish, stain and glaze the product and fit to the patient.

The benefit of this procedure is it can now take place on the same day, during the appointment, meaning there is no need for a second appointment or a mandatory wait time. Dentists now have a choice: they can offer this as a new service or use the lower cost of the product to increase their margins. They can even lower their costs for NHS patients and maintain their current profit level.
