Tracy Doole

Tracy has worked in dentistry for more than 15 years, initially as a dental nurse and then qualified as a dental hygienist from Queens University, Belfast. She is involved with the BSDHT in her local region of Northern Ireland and recently was re-elected to the Executive Council of the BSDHT.

She is extremely passionate about providing and delivering oral health care to her patients, as well as sustainability at home and work. Tracy has helped implement several sustainable protocols within her practices, with the aim of helping reduce the impact the dental team and their patients have on the planet.

Tracy is involved in education through NSK Ikigai and Young Innovations and recently graduated in a PG Diploma in Education, Coaching and Mentoring.
