We’re the Dental Defence Union. We’re a mutual, not-for-profit organisation owned by our members, providing them with access to professional indemnity and guiding, supporting and defending them throughout their careers. 

As the specialist dental division of the Medical Defence Union, the UK’s leading defence organisation, we’ve a long history and a proven track record of being there for dental professionals in times of need.  

We’re also proud to be run and staffed by dentists. This means that when you call on us for help, you’ll talk to someone who understands the realities of dental practice and has the experience and knowledge to guide you safely through whatever you’re facing.
