Lauren Long

Lauren Long is an award-winning Dental Therapist with more than 15 years’ experience, working exclusively in private practice in Edinburgh. She recently completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Dental Education, Coaching and Mentoring, strengthening her commitment to high-quality teaching, leadership and professional development.

Lauren is a Clinical Educator for NSK Ikigai and Therapist Clinical Director for the Pain Free Dentistry Group, where she supports Dental Therapists and Hygienists to build confident, fulfilling careers. She also serves as Secretary of the British Association of Dental Therapists (BADT), advocating nationally for the profession.
