Jo Donnison

Jo has been a Clinical Skills Facilitator with the Dental Medical Emergencies (DME) Team at the School of Dentistry, University of Leeds, for the last three years. Jo has more than 30 years of experience in the NHS as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) and Specialist Community Public Health Nurse in Occupational Health (SCPHN-OH) with focus predominantly in A&E, Resuscitation Training, Occupational Health, and Wellbeing.

This experience has been brought to the role of Clinical Skills Facilitator with translation to the NHS care provided in Leeds Dental Institute.

Jo has a Level 3 PTTLS award in Education and Teaching and is hoping to begin her Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice in the near future.
