She successfully transitioned The Gentle Touch to the UK’s only fully private therapist-led practice model, achieving 98% patient satisfaction across more than 3,000 patients and 41% productivity increase.

Winner of Practice of the Year, and Best Patient Care awards for Scotland and Northern Ireland 2025, with the team Highly Commended for Best Team. The Gentle Touch is the only dental practice in the UK where all clinicians (four dentists and four dental therapists) are trained in biomimetic dentistry, providing long-lasting composite restorations as well as onlays and overlays.
