Craig McKerracher

Craig is a Partner at Harper Macleod LLP.  He is a Corporate Lawyer and Head of the firm’s Healthcare Sector Group with 21 years’ experience in practice. Craig primarily advises businesses and business owners on governance, joint ventures, acquisitions, disposals and succession planning.

In his role as Head of the Healthcare Sector Group, Craig has overseen the work done by Harper Macleod LLP in relation to dental acquisitions and sales as well as work relating to associate agreements, dealing with disputes within dental practices, practice premises (acquisitions, new leases, renewal of or variation of leases) and immigration matters.
