Jacqueline Moore is Head of Global Mobility and Immigration at Thorntons Law LLP. She has more than 25 years’ experience providing strategic advice to UK employers on both international recruitment and immigration compliance issues.

Jacqueline has a particular expertise in respect of sponsorship of international staff in the healthcare sector including the dental sector. 

The immigration team acts for a large number of dental practices who hold sponsor licences, supporting them to obtain and maintain their licence. 

Other recent dental sector experience includes providing specialist input on corporate transactions, including how to interpret the new restrictive rules on self-sponsorship.
